I use magic to create that moment in the room, then turn it into connection, resilience, and innovation that outlasts the event.
Let's bring this to your next event.

You've booked motivational speakers before. People clap, they nod, and by Monday nothing has changed.
Your team feels disconnected and burned out, quietly going through the motions.
Your leaders are frozen. AI and constant change have them playing defense instead of leading it.
Your events and recognition feel procedural, forgotten by the weekend.
It doesn't have to be that way. You can build a culture where people feel seen, and see what's possible.
Thirty years ago, a kid who could barely get a sentence onto the page found the one thing that made him feel seen: a deck of cards and a room that leaned in. Magic taught me that what looks impossible is usually just a frame waiting to be questioned.
That's the whole job now. I walk into your event and create a moment of genuine wonder, the kind that makes a room go quiet, and in that moment two things happen at once. People feel seen. And they start to see what's possible.
Everything I build, for an entire company or for its leaders, runs on that one hinge: feel seen, then see what's possible.
The Magic of Connection changes culture from the floor up, through connection. The Wonder Cycle works from leadership down, adding resilience and innovation on top.
When everyone in the room feels seen, culture shifts. A connection keynote and mentalism experience that turns a room of strangers, or a tired team, into people who feel valued, reconnected, and genuinely glad to be there. Tailored to your theme, your message, or your cause.
A leadership keynote and development program built on a four-step framework your leaders can run long after I leave. It turns fear of change into curiosity, and curiosity into connection, resilience, and innovation.
See what this could look like for your team.
The four moves a leader can run on a Tuesday to keep wonder, and the change it unlocks, alive.
Question the expectation everyone treats as fixed.
Widen the options before you narrow them.
Commit with eyes open, not hedged.
Treat every result, win or loss, as data. Then ask "what if?" again.
People do their best work when they feel seen and can see what's possible. That's true at almost every event you run.
Every attendee feels seen, and the room leaves seeing the year ahead.
A team that feels seen sells like it, then sees what's possible this quarter.
Leaders who see what's possible, teams who feel seen.
Donors give when they feel seen and fully see the cause.
Make your customers feel genuinely seen, not marketed to.
Recognition only lands when people feel truly seen.
A night where everyone in the room feels seen.
Unfreeze the room by helping people see what's possible.
Three minutes from real stages, the Connection Keynote in motion, then a few favorite moments from recent events.

At seven years old, I watched a magician on TV and asked myself a question that has defined my whole life: what else is possible?
Connection was the hardest thing in the world for me. I have autism, diagnosed only five years ago, after a lifetime of fights I couldn't talk my way out of and paragraphs that took hours to write. The thing I struggled with most became the work of my life. I learned to "talk onto the page," trained as a speaker with Les Brown, studied memory with a US Memory Champion, earned a business degree, served as an executive director, am working toward my MBA, and have performed for Fortune 500 teams from boardrooms to galas across the Americas.
I'm not here to fool your people. I'm here to make them feel seen, and show them what else is possible.
Ready to feel it in your own room?
You could have heard a pin drop in the room when you were closing. You hit every single theme of every single day in your recap. You were perfection.
If you have the opportunity to "wow" an audience and give them an experience they'll never forget, you need Daniel. He had us laughing and feeling sentimental while dropping our jaws.
Daniel came and did a show for our company and it was amazing. My mind is blown. I'll be thinking about it for the rest of the day.
Daniel was spot on incorporating our core values into his message. I highly recommend him for any corporate or leadership outing.
I was truly delighted, the kind of Disney World-esque delight. Eyes open, jaw dropped. A fantastic show. I would love to see Daniel again.
You wouldn't think magic and real estate would go together, but the way he tied his performance to our industry was phenomenal.
We found Daniel online when searching for a keynote speaker. An absolutely amazing message, and the team will be thinking about going all in long after.
He tied our motto for the year into his presentation in a way I could not have. Our staff laughed together and left on the edge of their seats.
From the opening magic to custom "bumper" songs for our awards, Daniel made it so easy and everyone was amazed. Highly recommend for any corporate event.
Whether you have a small group or an auditorium, Daniel keeps you on the edge of your chair and leaves you with a renewed desire to conquer the world.
People leave feeling seen, valued, and reconnected to each other and to the mission.
Fear of change becomes curiosity, so the next disruption is met with questions, not panic.
A room that can see what's possible starts asking "what if?", the first move of every breakthrough.
